New cover shoot for HiFi+

Here’s the cover from a recent shoot for HiFi+ (April/May 2010 issue). Amongst the Hi-Fi press it’s a title I’ve long wanted to work for so it’s pleasing to have shot the Ayre QB-9 DAC for the cover and lead review. As the World Cup is about to kick off it seems only fitting to post this study. It’s part of series I’m working on looking at items which have played a part in our lives and then been discarded as we move on to the next newer or better thing, perhaps forgetting some of the moments shared along the way.
